Cristina Cogno graduated as singer at “Conservatorio di Torino” with first class
degree, praise and a special mention,
subsequently she graduated as piano player too. Pupil of Mariella Adani, has
been finalist and winner of important national and international contests.
Among her interpretation more significant the premiere of radio opera Al museo in volo e
a zompi written by G. Castagnoli and broadcasted by Radio3, modern premiere
of the cantata Io dall’imo
fondo algoso by G.S. Mayr (Teatro Donizetti di Bergamo), Les Noces by I. Strawinskij (Chorus
and members of the orchestra of Teatro Regio di Torino). She sang the main
role in: Il matrimonio segreto, Il campanello,
Lucia di Lammermoor, L’elisir d’amore, Giulio Cesare, Il flauto
magico, La serva
padrona, Il barbiere di Siviglia, Prima la
musica, poi le parole, La Traviata. Since1996 she is singer in the chorus of Teatro Regio di Torino. |
